Plot
Warning: spoilers
For years, Bison has searched for the planet's greatest fighter and identifies Ryu, a young wanderer who never stays in one place long enough to be found. Bison instead locates Ken Masters, an American martial arts champion who trained under the same master as Ryu. Meanwhile, U.S. Army Major Guile is forced to join forces with Chun Li from China to apprehend Bison and end his international crime ring.
