Navy SEAL Lieutenant A.K. Waters, a hardened and fiercely loyal veteran, leads an elite tactical squadron on what is meant to be a routine mission: extracting a Doctors Without Borders physician after Nigeria's democratic government collapses and a ruthless military dictator seizes power. As conflict surrounds them, Waters and his team face a moral crossroads—follow orders and ignore the violence, or follow their conscience and protect a group of innocent refugees.
