Plot
Warning: spoilers
Austin, Texas, serves as an Eden for the young and unambitious, ranging from the enthusiastically eccentric to the dangerously apathetic. The nobly lazy eschew responsibility to nurse their esoteric obsessions. Among the locals are a backseat philosopher who passionately expounds his dream theories to a seemingly comatose cabbie, a young woman trying to hawk Madonna's Pap test to anyone who will listen, and a kindly old anarchist looking for recruits.
